Product Consultant – AML Software

Full-time Malta (Hybrid) Product
€28,000 – €32,000
per year

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Consultant – AML Software with a strong background in product support or customer success, ideally within a SaaS/software environment. You don’t need to be an AML expert, we’ll provide training. But you do need to be tech-savvy, client-oriented, and eager to learn.

You’ll work closely with our Business Development Manager, Customer Experience Manager, and development team to ensure smooth onboarding, strong client relationships, and continuous product improvement.

This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week) in a hybrid setup from Malta.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Development Manager in pre-sales, including product demos and client Q&A
  • Guide clients through onboarding, ensuring smooth configuration and adoption of the product
  • Deliver engaging training sessions (live and recorded) tailored to different client needs
  • Create and maintain training resources, release notes, and knowledge base content
  • Provide ongoing non-technical product support to clients, acting as a trusted point of contact
  • Partner with the Customer Experience Manager and development team to capture client feedback and improve product usability
  • Stay informed about AML developments in our markets (with training provided) to better support client conversations

Essential Requirements

  • 2–3 years' experience in product support, customer success, or other client-facing roles, preferably within a SaaS/software environment
  • Native English speaker or C2 level English proficiency (written & spoken)
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Proactive mindset (able to work independently and take initiative)
  • Tech-savviness and eagerness to learn how to configure sophisticated software

Nice to Have

  • Prior AML/Compliance or financial services experience
  • AML qualifications or related certifications

About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Product Consultant who is eager to start their career in the SaaS/software industry. You don’t need to have AML knowledge or prior product consulting experience - we’ll provide full training. What matters is that you’re tech-savvy, client-oriented, and motivated to learn and grow with us.

You’ll work closely with our Business Development Manager, Customer Experience Manager, and development team to support client onboarding, deliver product training, and strengthen client relationships while building your own expertise in the AML software space.

This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week) in a hybrid setup from Malta.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with client onboarding, including product setup and configuration
  • Support product demos and Q&A alongside the Business Development Manager
  • Deliver product training sessions (live and recorded) tailored to different client needs
  • Help create and maintain training materials, release notes, and knowledge base content
  • Provide ongoing non-technical support to clients, ensuring a smooth user experience
  • Gather client feedback and share insights with the Customer Experience Manager and development team

Essential Requirements

  • 0–2 years’ experience in customer service, support, or other client-facing roles (internships or part-time experience also welcome)
  • Strong communication skills in English (native or C2 level, written & spoken)
  • Tech-savviness and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for helping clients succeed
  • Proactive mindset – willing to take initiative and work independently when needed

Nice to Have

  • Interest in AML, compliance, or financial services
  • Any prior exposure to SaaS/software environments
  • AML qualifications or related certifications
